Just like I75, it's our goal to transport the flavors of Detroit to the rest of the country. Inspired by one of the most iconic freeways in the world, Chef Art wanted to take your taste buds on a trip – with great local flavors, gourmet spices, and a hint of southern cuisine.

Arthur Johnson is a Detroit native that was born with a God-given gift for the culinary arts. Throughout the years, Chef Art utilized his skills in restaurants and the catering business. His recipes can be found on wings and dishes all over Metro Detroit. Art and his wife Torrie also started their own YouTube family cook show with their daughters called Lifefood N Johnson's. One day Art had a God-given vision of a brand called I-75 South which included sauces, recipes & so much more.
